What are the prices for a custom prom gown?
Custom prom gowns start at $1,200. Beaded corset styles range from $1,800 to $2,500 depending on design and detailing.
Do you offer dress revamping services?
No. I do not revamp or customize any pre-made store bought dresses.
Do you have Pre-Made Gowns available?
Yes! Pre-Made Gowns are available.
Do you make or customize mens suits?
We do not make men suits. However, we can customize one if his prom date has a prom gown booking with K.elle Official.
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds, returns or cancellations .
Do I have to sign a contract when ordering a custom gown?
Yes. All custom gown orders require a signed contract to conform your design details, timeline, payment schedule, and policies (including fittings, alterations, and our non-refund policy) This ensures that both parties are clear on expectations and protects your investment in a one-of-a kind piece.
Who signs the contract -- the student or the parent?
If the student is 18 years or older, they are legally responsible and must sign the contract themselves. For clients under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and sign the contract on their behalf. Regardless of who signs, we recommend that both student and parent/guardian review all terms together before committing.
