Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Thank you for your interest in | K.elle Official | to create your custom gown/dress 🪡

You are purchasing a virtual 60 minute, non-refundable consultation. All consultation's are VIRTUAL ONLY via FACETIME Video Call Only. In-person fittings will be scheduled during your consultation.

Consultations are required for ALL Custom bookings and the fee WILL go towards the total cost of your Gown/Dress. Inquiries for quotes are here (check spam or junk folder for replies)

Please go over your dress quote with your parents PRIOR to the consultation & be sure that they are in agreement with dress cost, deposits, dress style etc.

You are required to purchase a *garment* measuring tape at least 60 inches long PRIOR to booking your consultation. 

Please note that consultations can be rescheduled only one time. 

For the most accurate measurements, please wear form-fitting clothing and avoid hoodies and sweatpants.

During the consultation we will go over the following:

  • Dress design

  • Fabric & Trim Selection

  • Measurements

  • Total dress cost

  • Payment plans

Payments are made through Zelle & Apple Pay ONLY for prom!

All K.elle Official custom dresses are Made-to-Order and to your exact measurements therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

There are NO REFUND, EXCHANGES, OR CANCELLATIONS! 

We pride ourselves on excellent communication throughout the process. While we do not provide periodic production updates, rest assured that we’ll keep you informed at key stages to ensure a smooth experience.
