Consultation Fee's are non-refundable!

You are purchasing a virtual 60 minute, non-refundable consultation. All consultation's are VIRTUAL ONLY via FACETIME Video Call. 

📍Dallas Locals📍

Dallas clients can enjoy exclusive in-person fittings. Out-of-state clients are also welcome to arrange travel, & schedule fittings directly with the Designer.

A 40% deposit is required during your consultation to secure your exclusive custom gown. To ensure a seamless experience, please schedule your consultation only once you are prepared to submit your deposit. Your personalized quote email will outline the exact deposit amount.

Your non-refundable consultation fee WILL go towards the total cost of your Gown/Dress. (Consultation fee will be deducted from final payment) 

CONSULTATION DAY🪡

You are required to purchase a *garment* measuring tape at least 60 inches long PRIOR to your consultation booking date. *consultations can be rescheduled only one time*

For the most accurate measurements, please wear form-fitting clothing and avoid hoodies and sweatpants. Please be in a private & quiet environment & have your current bra cup size available for reference.

Payments are made through Zelle & Apple Pay ONLY for prom orders!

All K.elle Official custom gowns are Made-to-Order to your exact measurements therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
